The tenth edition of Urban Talks brings together artists, cultural professionals and researchers to examine the relationship between design, art, public space and territorial transformation. Organised by Poblenou Urban District in collaboration with Disseny Hub Barcelona, with a programme curated by Jordi Pallarès, the day includes conversations on artistic practice and communities, a professional gathering and a concluding presentation and performance by Julio Loaiza.
