mono30 celebrates its first twelve months of activity with the presentation of the Poble Sec Col·lectiva 1.0 volume, a publication rooted in the creative fabric of Poble-sec and conceived as a record of the space’s first year of work. The event extends the exhibition project into an editorial form, connecting neighbourhood-scale design culture, local authorship and community publishing.

The volume is enriched by an extended curatorial text addressing the current “hot moment” of generative artificial intelligence from both an academic and curatorial perspective. The text adopts a deliberately provocative and stimulating position, offering a critical reading that makes the publication particularly compelling to engage with — either through reading or by attending the presentation.
