Fundació Mies van der Rohe hosts the presentation of Maggi Galaxy, an art and anthropology book by Antoni Miralda and Stephan Palmié. Starting from the Maggi bouillon cube, the project unfolds a dense archive of packaging, advertising, cookbooks, propaganda, artworks and photographs, connecting food culture, globalisation and visual materiality. The presentation is accompanied by the intervention Mies Maggi, which recalls the unexpected presence of the Maggi Pavilion near the German Pavilion during the 1929 Barcelona International Exposition.
