Table_M#01 presents a documentary screening and conversation around the table/tool designed by Merche Alcalá for the context of haute cuisine. Conceived as a working surface, stage and creative device, the project connects object design, gastronomy and the expansion of culinary imagination. The session includes a documentary created by laCrème and the conversation “Ideas that can be touched” between designer Merche Alcalá and Ferran Adrià. For CdD, the event is relevant as a precise encounter between design practice, food culture, material intelligence and the performative role of objects.
